Overview
The AI Image Generation action now accepts reference images. Attach up to five images as visual context alongside your prompt, and control the setting, the subject, and your branding directly instead of trying to describe them in words.
Up to Five Reference Images per Action
– Attach up to five images to a single AI Image Generation action. Each is passed to the model as visual context along with your prompt.
Three Ways to Add Them
– Upload from your system, pick from the Media Library, or point at a URL.
Dynamic Reference URLs
– The URL field supports custom values, so a reference can come from a webhook payload, a contact field, or a previous action. One workflow, a different reference image per contact.
Positional Ordering
– Images are passed in the order you add them, so your prompt can address each one by position.
Requirements
To use this feature, you will need:
  • LANA
How It Works
  1. Open the AI Image Generation action in your workflow.
  2. Write your prompt as usual.
  3. Scroll to the Reference images section below the templates.
  4. Choose a source: System upload, Media library, or URL.
  5. Add your images. The counter on the right shows how many you have added out of five.
  6. Refer to each image by its position inside the prompt.
  7. Save the action.

Overview
LANA x Simpro now supports Bitly Payment Links for Invoices, making it easier for customers to access and pay their invoices.
This feature allows businesses to generate a unique, shortened payment link that can be included in invoice communications. Customers can use the link to quickly access the relevant payment experience, providing a simpler and more convenient way to pay.
Requirements
To use this feature, you will need:
  • LANA
  • Simpro
Make sure you have a Payment Gateway connected to Simpro
How It Works
  1. A payment link is generated for the relevant invoice.
  2. The link is shortened using Bitly.
  3. The shortened payment link is stored against the invoice using a custom field.
  4. An invoice workflow can then use this information to include the payment link in the relevant customer communication.
  5. When the customer selects the link, they are taken directly to the payment experience for their invoice.

Overview
Workflow Settings now has a Sender domain dropdown under Sender details. Pick any verified dedicated domain on the sub-account and every email action in that workflow sends from it, the same way domain selection already works in Email Campaigns. If the sub-account has no dedicated domains configured, the dropdown doesn't appear.
Requirements
To use this feature, you will need:
  • LANA platform
How It Works
The Sender domain dropdown shows all verified dedicated domains on the sub-account, plus All domains.
  1. Add and verify your domain under Email Services > Dedicated Domains.
  2. Open the workflow > go to Settings > and pick the domain under Sender Domain.
  3. Set a From name and From email, then save. Every email action in the workflow inherits it.

Overview
Previously, Missed Call Text Back always tried to send the follow up SMS from the same number your customer called. But some numbers are designed primarily to receive calls or may not currently be eligible to send SMS. In those cases, your text back could fail even when another messaging ready number was available in your account.
We’ve improved this experience. LANA will now automatically choose an eligible sending number, helping more of your missed call follow ups reach your customers while staying aligned with messaging requirements.
Requirements
To use this feature, you will need:
  • LANA
How It Works
Your Missed Call Text Back Has a Better Chance of Reaching the Customer
When a customer calls and you miss them, we’ll still try to text them back from the number they called first, as long as that number can send SMS.
If it can’t, system will automatically look for the next best option:
  • A number you’ve successfully messaged this contact from before
  • Your default outbound number
  • Another eligible messaging number available in the location
This is especially helpful when calls come through number pools, call tracking numbers, unverified toll free numbers, or other numbers that aren’t eligible to send SMS. Instead of attempting the text from a number that can’t send, we’ll use an eligible number when one is available.
With smarter number selection, you can:
  • Reach more missed callers instead of losing the follow up because one number cannot send SMS
  • Keep follow ups automatic without manually managing which number should be used
  • Stay aligned with messaging requirements such as A2P and toll free verification
  • Respond to potential leads sooner and keep conversations moving even when you miss the initial call
In short, if you have an eligible number available, we’ll automatically use it to give your missed call text a better chance of reaching the customer.

💡 Good to Know
  • Answered calls will continue to work as before and will not trigger a text back.
  • If Missed Call Text Back is disabled in your Phone System settings, no message will be sent.
  • Your contacts’ communication preferences and DND settings will continue to be respected.
  • If there is no eligible number available, you’ll see the failed attempt in the conversation along with the reason, giving you clear visibility into what happened.
