Simpro

2-Way Sync With Simpro

Overview
We’ve introduced 2-way note synchronisation between LANA CRM and Simpro, making it easier for teams to keep job information consistent across both platforms.
Previously, notes added in LANA did not automatically appear in Simpro, requiring users to manually copy information between systems. With this update, notes are now synced automatically, ensuring both platforms maintain a shared job history.
Requirements
To use this feature, you will need:
  • LANA
  • Simpro
How It Works
  1. Open the relevant contact or job in LANA
  • Confirm you have selected the correct contact or job.
  1. Add a note in LANA
  • Select the pencil icon.
  • Choose either Add Note option to create a new note.
  1. Enter and save the note details
  • Add the required information.
  • Confirm the note is linked to the correct contact or job.
  1. Verify the sync in Simpro
  • Open the corresponding job in Simpro.
  • Confirm the note has successfully synced.
